The Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping ( Vessels in Commercial use for sport or pleasure) Regulations, 2022
These Regulations apply to any large vessel when used commercially for sport or pleasure in respect of— (a) Antigua and Barbuda vessels wherever they may be; and (b) other vessels operating within Antigua and Barbuda waters
This amends the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Act, 2006 Regulations and directives to give effect in Antigua and Barbuda to maritime conventions, Qualification to own Antigua and Barbuda ships and insertion of new sections.
