Circular 2012-003 SEEMP and IEEC requirements (Rev 1)

This Circular was previously issued as 03-001-12.  It announces the amended requirements for MARPOL Annex VI and the introduction of the Ships Energy Efficiency Management Plan (SEEMP)  and explains the Antigua and Barbuda policy on this as well as including the text of the IMO guidelines on preparing SEEMPs. The Circular is re-issued in May 2013 with a minor correction to take account of a clarifying interpretation on the timing of SEEMP verifications  issued by the IMO in October 2012.
