Circular 2012-008 MARPOL Annex VI Records

This Circular was previously published as  03-003-12. It is reissued without change in the new numbering scheme.  It sets out the 2010 changes to Annex VI of MARPOL and clarifies the recording and record keeping requirements in the Annex as far as fuel changeover records  and Ozone Depleting Substances logs are concerned where the Convention says “as required by the administration”.
