Information Notice 2019-001 MEPC.74 and & new regulatory requirements in 2020

This Information Notice is to draw attention to the outcome of the 74^th  Session of the International Maritime Organizations Marine Environment Protection Committee from the 13^th to the 17^th of May 2019 and related new regulatory requirements from 2020 onward.
