ADOMS wishes to congratulate its Director and Registrar-General, H.E. Ambassador Dwight Gardiner on the recent announcement from the Carribean Maritime University (CMU) that he will be conferred with the degree of Doctor of Laws (Honoris Causa) at the CMU Class of 2024 Graduation Ceremony on Thursday 14th November 2024 in Kingston, Jamaica, for his services to the regional and international maritime sector.
