This Information Notice provides guidance on the authorization of service providers, to work on lifeboats, rigid rescue boats, launching appliances and on-load release gear on board Antigua & Barbuda ships. This information notice supersedes Circular 2012-014 (Rev.) and was revised to reflect the IMO approved amendments to SOLAS Regulation III/20 under IMO Resolution MSC 402(96).
