Information Notice 2014-001: SENIOR OFFICER’S HANDBOOK – UPDATE

The Senior Officer’s Handbook has been updated now that the Maritime Labour Convention (2006) is in force and also it now includes a section on reportable serious crimes and some more detail on MARPOL requirements.The handbook is the essential guide to Antigua and Barbuda requirements for Senior Officers serving in Antigua and Barbuda ships.
