The Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping (Amendment) Act, 2017

This ACT amends the Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping Act, 2006, No. 1 of 2006 in order to provide for the provisional registration of ships and for connected and incidental purposes.
