This Circular was originally published as 01-001-02 and revised in 2012. It is republished under this new numbering scheme. The Circular sets out the requirements for endorsements and other documents required by seafarers in Antigua and Barbuda ships and ensures that the national requirements (which are in line with those in STCW) are clear for Port State Control Officers.
