This circular replaces STCW Circ 2012-004 Medical Certificates for Seafarers to reflect the latest procedures adopted by ADOMS with respect to Seafarers’ Medical Certificates and includes a list of Antigua and Barbuda approved Medical Practitioners whose certificates are accepted in addition to those issued world-wide as outlined in the text of this circular.
