The Antigua and Barbuda Merchant Shipping ( Vessels in Commercial use for sport or pleasure) Regulations, 2022

These Regulations apply to any large vessel when used commercially for sport or pleasure in respect of—

(a) Antigua and Barbuda vessels wherever they may be; and

(b) other vessels operating within Antigua and Barbuda waters
